Amazon.ca Brass Faucet Round Up

We are right into the thick of this kitchen and one of the main things we hummed and hawed over, was what to do for a faucet. Looking to Devol and Plain English Kitchens as our main inspiration, we really wanted to utilize a brass faucet in the space. Especially since, we just ordered a gas range with brass fixtures. Having done the brass in the last house, I knew I wanted to switch it up and do an unlacquered brass bridge faucet here.

But, I was madly in love with the Devol faucet and as heartbreaking as it was, the price tag on it was not in our budget. Having to also purchase a large kitchen sink for the space, we knew we needed to really spread the budget evenly between the faucet and the sink.

Then a miracle happened. We found a really great sink on Facebook marketplace for 100 bucks so all of the money we had put towards budgeting for both, we were able to now get a faucet we really truly wanted. We ended up going for THIS ONE from etsy. It's made straight from Morocco and is extremely similar to the Devol one but for only half the price or even less when it comes to the exchange rate.

While I was searching for the perfect faucet to match our style and budget, I notoriously, as I always do, added things to my Amazon Canada cart. I found nine beautiful brass faucets that all had amazing european characteristics so I thought I'd share them with you.

One thing I love about kitchen design is that there are certain things you can change out as the years go on to really update your kitchen, or if you were in a new to you home. A simple fix that you can do for not a huge budget is add paint the cabinets, switch out your cabinet hardware, and get a different faucet for your sink. Just those three things can completely change the look of a kitchen for a 16th of the price of gutting it. A beautiful faucet also makes the act of doing the dishes more enjoyable. Just like you can say a pretty laundry room will make you want to do laundry more (I can attest to this fact).
