The Olloclip, Our New Best Friend
Last week, I received a parcel in the mail containing the new Olloclip that is about to be released for the Samsung Galaxy phones. Having the honour of getting a product like this first before it hits the public was pretty awesome. For the past week, we have been experimenting with the four lens options that come with the one clip. The wide angle is great for those scenic areas, and almost gives a panoramic feel to it because you get that much more of a covered area to each side. The fish eye lens is great for fun photos, or when your wanting to have one item in the photo stand out more than the others. When you remove either of theses lenses (they screw out super easily) you then get a 10x and 15x macro lens. I think these were the ones we had the most fun with. you have to get super close to an object but the details that come from it are absolutely amazing. Rob, who takes most of the photos on the blog, spent the majority of his time using it and all the pictures from the post are done by him.
