There is something about Cashmere on your skin that relaxes you automatically. Its like the smell of Lavender. This sweater has been in my closet since 2008 and I have only worn it a handful of times. But, on Sunday, it was the calm before the winter storm Juno and the spring like fresh air made me want to bundle up in its softness and enjoy a lovely trip downtown with my family. We stopped on one of the beautiful quiet streets close to Halifax's waterfront and snapped a few photos of my comfy chic look. I had brought heels for the photos but, is it just me, or does anyone else feel that heels are so hard to wear when you've been in flats for so long. Maybe next time. Stay safe and warm out there.
