Sad Goodbyes :(
This past week, we had to bid farewell to my Sister and her family. It will be until Christmas when we see them again. We are usually used to this but this time it was different. Amelia was 4 weeks old and a colicky baby last time I had seen her, I was half way through pregnancy. Now she is this gorgeous smiling 6 month old and I'm here with a baby in my arms. So much changes with babies so quickly, and with them living so far away, we are missing seeing that of each others children. I can't wait for these months to pass so I can see them all again, but I am torn because I want to cherish all those moment with my own son.
On Friday, we officially moved to the city. This equalled a crazy busy weekend reuniting with old friends and introducing them to Aubrey. Finally, we were able to organize the house and its beginning to look lived in. I promise to post pictures once we are finished.
Now, we are beginning the new life of being in the city and spending Tuesday and Wednesday nights at Robs apartment in Truro. 5 days is hard to be apart now as a family. We are trying to deal as well as we can until he can be transferred to the city.
