A Life Update

This weekend has been very hard. Not only did our little boy turn 2, but we had to deal with family business on Rob’s side that was emotionally and physically exhausting on all of us involved. That is a story for Rob to tell, not I, but as I write these sentences, I already feel better about mentioning it.
Unfortunately, June has been a bit like that, hard on the head and heart. July is almost here and we are ready to ring it in and move on from the hardships that June has brought. But with those hardships, I have watched my Love develop an even closer bond to his brother, and I was able to create a friendship with my Sister-in-law that I hadn’t had the chance to. Thats the thing about life isn’t it? you are dished out bad luck, but in return you gain so many rewards as long as you come out alive. We are stronger, wiser, and more ready for the life ahead of use now after surviving this past month.
July may you bring love, memories, and light for us and show us that all our hard work was worth every drop of sweat and every tear in the end.
