There is nothing like diving into a big bowl of ice cream and not worrying about how the milk will affect me and how much I’ll have to do at the gym to burn it off. I finally found the answer to be able to do this. After seeing it many times on Pinterest, I finally decided to try banana ‘ice cream’. It’s pretty easy to do and I love how you can make many different flavours. Tonight I made Chocolate…..mmmmmm…..it tasted like Wendy’s frosty.
Here’s the directions so you can do it too!
Step 1:
Cut up 4-5 ripe bananas into slices and spread out on a baking sheet, put in freezer overnight

Place frozen banana slices in a blender with 3/4 cup of almond milk, tsp vanilla (I used almond extract), and whatever flavouring you choose ( I added 3 tbspof cacao powder)

Freeze for an hour or more, or dish out as soft serve and serve immediately..
