My 5 minute Make up Routine | Facebook Live
Oh My Gosh Guys! I want to start by saying thanks so much for tuning into my very first Facebook live. I was so nervous, but it went a lot smoother than I thought. If you missed it, head here to check it out.
Now for the good stuff, links to the products that I chatted about in the live.
My Go-to Make Up for A 5 Minute Make Up Routine
Bare Minerals-BareSkin Complete Coverage Serum Concealer-In Light
I only recently started using a concealer, and what a game changer it is. This one is full coverage so I know it will work to cover my underage circles and random pimples. I went for a lighter shade than my skin so that it can also work as a highlighter.
IT Cosmetics- Your skin but better CC+ Cream with SPF50+– In Light
I have a lot of fine lines and premature aging from being a slave to tanning beds in my teens and early twenties. I had been on the hunt for a foundation that wouldn’t cake in and make the wrinkles more prominent. I also wanted something full coverage but light at the same time. I only started using this about a month ago and am IN LOVE!!!
Vita Liberata- Trystal Pressed Self Tanning Bronzing Minerals-
This product was send to me to try out and I actually never stopped using it. The idea behind it is so great for the days when you don’t necessarily want to wear make up and I love that it is a light bronze for all skin tones.
Dior- Diorshow Iconic Waterproof Mascara- In Black
I am one of those people who by the end of the day has mascara all black and rubbed under my eyes. I am not sure why because i don’t think I even touch my eyes throughout the day. Never the less, waterproof is the way to go and this one is very dramatic and i like that its buildable for night time.
NYX Cosmetics- Duo Chromatic Illuminating Powder- In Crushed Bloom
This is another new product sent for me to review. I have been using it in replace of a blush as it gives a great pink touch to the cheeks and adds almost a dewy look.
NYX Cosmetics- Ultimate multi- finish Shadow Palette-
This palette is fun, although I am very into my brown colours, I do like the light pink shades as my tan starts to fade.
NYX Cosmetics- Precision Brow Pencil
Even though I have microblading, after foundation, I always find my brows need a little touchup to make them really pop. This brow pencil has a tip that mimics your brow hairs so it is super natural.
The Switch Ups
This is my favourite, The colours are perfect for my blue eyes and i love the mix of matte and shimmer. No matter what I try, I always seem to go back to the classic
Benefit- Brow- Zings Tame and Shape Kit
I still like a great brow powder, so when I am super tight on time, this is what I gravitate to.
Smashbox- Studio Skin Face Shaping Foundation Stick-
I don’t always highlight as I find it can look a bit harsh in the daylight if you aren’t on camera. But, having a dual stick like this saves on time and money when you want to look chiseled or are feeling a bit swollen.
