We Found A House!
After Kijiji hunting for a house for over 5 months now, we finally found THE ONE! It isn’t in the country, or with a huge yard, but it has a yard and a big field 2 seconds away. The one that finally one our hearts is 1 of a triplex. It was built in the 1940’s with the bare minimal update. Im talking, light fixtures haven’t even been touched. This is Rob and my dream. The character of this house is amazing and the potential is crazy. We have the keys and can start to move in as of July 1st. Before that happens, some light fixtures will have to be changed, the kitchen painted, and the whole place scrubbed down. But, step for step, room to room, I will have you all follow Rob and I along the way. There will be restoration of some of the amazing and unique antiques, as well as building things to work with what we need. I can’t wait to start and to show you all our little projects all done on a very tight budget.
