Project 52: Week 15
I have been slacking lately on Aubrey's project 52. I am not sure if it's due to forgetfulness or the fact that I want each picture to be perfect and catching that perfect moment with an almost 10 month old is not easy.....at all. Nevertheless, this is my perfect moment for weeks 13-15. Aubrey more and more is realizing that he needs to smile when a phone or camera gets pointed at him. I love this because as you readers can see, that happens a lot. The other day, during one of our gorgeous sunny afternoons, we went out on the back deck with some of his favorite toys, and soaked up the sun while being entertained by this clown. Rob brought out the baby walker and Aubrey wore himself down by walking back and forth in front of us, huffing and puffing as he went. He loves the outside, and loves the wind even more so, which made this day his favorite type. After about 30 minutes of non stop action, he finally decided to show his tiredness, so naturally, we brought his baby swing out on the deck. We snuggled him into it with his soft plush bunny, and as I read my book, I rocked him back and forth. An hour went by and his gorgeous face was still asleep. The look of it kept distracting me from my book, so peaceful and still. I love that boy.Katie Rose xo
