A Water Refresh: Cleansing Water

Wildrosebuds.com: Cleansing Water Wildrosebuds.com: Cleansing Water Wildrosebuds.com: Cleansing WaterNew Years for many, brings new goals for their health and wellness. As I'm sure you have heard many times before, WATER is key to weight loss and healthy living. But, when you are drinking 2-3L day in and out, it tends to get boring. Instead of grabbing those fake powders and liquids to add flavour and pounds, try a cleansing water by adding citrus, berries, and herbs to it. These fresh ingredients help digestion and stop bloating. So, in other words, they aid even more in getting you to your goals than just basic water. One combination that is a usual in my house is this one. The peppermint leaves, and citrus flavor is more refreshing, and your stomach will thank you later.

What you'll need:

  • 1 Litre of water
  • 1 grapefruit or lemon, sliced
  • 1 tangerine or orange, sliced
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 10-20 peppermint leaves
  • Ice – as much as you like
