Paleo Latte?
So.....those morning lattes had to get nixed once we started living this paleo lifestyle. My oh my we started to miss that steamy creamy goodness after our early morning wake up call named Aubrey. After searching many websites for ideas, I came up with a saviour. To make this, you mix together a can of full fat coconut milk, 4 tbsps of coconut sugar, and a splash of vanilla extract into a sauce pan. Stir on med heat until everything is smooth and blended together. We then pour it into a mason jar to keep in the fridge. When we need it, we put it in our milk frother and add it to our coffee or milk for a delicious flavour. With all this talk, I'm off to whip one up and watch the oscars with my handsome man ;)Katie Rose xo
