Almost a year ago we started doing the paleo diet and one thing that has stuck with us day in and day out is the French vanilla paleo coffee creamer. It has now become such a staple, that we don’t even like regular milk in our coffees unless we are out at a fancy little coffee shop. Now, I have posted this recipe before but after a year since that post, it is such a favourite that I believe it deserves more time in the spotlight. It is quick and easy and only involves 3 ingredients.
- Full Fat Unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of Maple Syrup (real, NOT AUNT JEMIMA)
- 3 tbsp of pure Vanilla Extract
Pour all ingredients into a mason jar or other sealable container and shake until combined. Or you can use a frother to mix. Keep refrigerated.
