An Easter Beach Walk

This beach is where I spent most of my summer days growing up. Only 15 minutes away from my parents, it was the best place to relax in the sun. Some days, you would even get lucky, and the water would be as blue and clear as the Caribbean. Nowadays, I consider the beach to be becoming 'extinct'. With each winter and hurricane that passes through, the beach becomes rockier and smaller. Soon there will be nothing left of this safe haven. Fortunately, I see a summer filled with Queensland days in 2014. I am going to take in what I can while it still remains. Katie Rose xo
